For the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), David Quackenbush leads strategic partnership and resource development to ensure members are positioned to care for the newly insured through national health care reform. CPCA is the statewide leader and recognized voice representing the interests of California community clinics and health centers and their patients. David works to assist members in their development, innovation and expansion of health care services in the evolving health care delivery system in California. Prior to joining CPCA, David was the Chief Executive Officer for The Central Valley Health Network which is the largest migrant health center network in the nation. David has over ten years of experience working in community clinics, clinic associations and public health settings and has worked to highlight their vital role in the health care system to ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services are available to low-income communities throughout California.
