Jacques Colon serves as the Health Equity Coordinator in the Office of the Director at the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. In this role, he leads the Health Department’s Health in All Policies initiative and 10-person Health Equity Implementation Team, comprised of staff from each division in the agency, which is charged with ensuring that equity strategies are implemented throughout the organization.
