Natalie oversees PHMC's early childhood education (ECE) portfolio, including the Southeast Regional Key (SERK) and Philadelphia Head Start Program (PHSP). Natalie's leadership has helped to expand PHMC's role in early education and align with various federal and state initiatives. The ECE Group has 12 major projects, employs 100 professionals and has an annual budget of $23 million. Projects support quality improvement, quality expansion and quality demonstration with the goal of ensuring that young children in our community and particularly those at risk have access to high quality early learning experiences. Natalie has also worked on the Out-of-School-Time program at PHMC where she monitored 25 publicly funded programs for contract compliance and quality program implementation.
Earlier in her career, prior to PHMC, Natalie worked as a Development and Communications Coordinator at the Low Country Food Bank in Charleston, SC, and as a child protective services case manager for the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Flagler University in Florida, as well as a Master's in Public Administration from the College of Charleston and University of South Carolina.
