Dr. Kara Walker is Senior Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer of Nemours Children's Health System. From January 2017 to August of this year, Dr. Walker served as Secretary of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services under Governor John Carney. Dr. Walker holds an MD from Thomas Jefferson University, a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a specialization in research from UCLA, and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
