2015 brings renewed efforts and new opportunities to strengthen prevention and population health. This work brings an expanded list of multi-sector partners and policymakers to ensure greater awareness and reach.  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded private/public partnerships have led to a host of initiatives that are building a strong foundation for healthier communities.  Please join Dialogue4Health for a Web Forum co-hosted by American Public Health Association, Prevention Institute, Public Health Institute, and Trust for America's Health to learn about cultivating partnerships, supporting continued investments in prevention and population health, and building a culture of health.

This Web Forum will include:

  • An update on how children’s hospitals are working to advance population health;
  • Strategies from a public health department that is leading the way with elected officials and other stakeholders to build support for continuing public investments; and
  • A Congressional update about the current national funding landscape for public health.
