Katie Moran-McCabe is a Lead Law and Policy Analyst at the Center for Public Health Law Research at Temple University's Beasley School of Law. She conducts legal research and leads projects on a variety of policy areas related to public health. Katie co-leads the Center’s public health authority legislative tracking work, which is part of the Act for Public Health initiative. She has also led several housing-related projects for the Center, as well as the development of the Sentinel Surveillance of Emerging Laws and Policies legal mapping method.
