Dialogue4Health (“D4H”, “us” or “we”), a project of the Public Health Institute (PHI) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and users of its Website, www.Dialogue4Health.org, (the "Site"). D4H has created this Website Privacy Policy ("Policy") to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

Your use of D4H's site or your provision to us of any personal information constitutes your agreement to the privacy terms contained herein and any subsequent changes we may make to these terms.
