Health Resources in Action
Jennifer Toth provides strategic leadership for substance use services at Health Resources in Action (HRiA). This includes oversight of HRiA’s substance use helpline services, such Massachusetts Substance Use Helpline, Illinois Helpline for Opioids and Other Substances, and the Vermont Helplink. She also co-directs a statewide opioid overdose prevention training project and provides subject matter expertise to other projects across the organization. Ms. Toth’s Helpline work includes overseeing a diverse team staff, as well as the operations of Helpline contact centers and websites. She joined HRiA in 2006 as an Information & Referral Specialist, connecting individuals to addiction treatment and other public health resources. She has also led data, training, and technology projects at Mass211. Ms. Toth has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University and master’s degree in organizational psychology from William James College. She is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Resource Specialist – Data Curator, and a Certified Resource Specialist. Ms. Toth is passionate about authentic, collaborative leadership.
