Kate Greene’s diverse experience includes designing and managing health workforce programs in Cote d’Ivoire, Eswatini, Guinea, Haiti and India through USAID’s Health Finance and Governance project; launching a global program, HealthRise, to expand access to diabetes and hypertension care with a focus on frontline health workers in Brazil, India, South Africa, and the US, funded by the Medtronic Foundation; and growing a health service delivery program from $25 million to $60 million annually in Haiti for Partners In Health. She currently leads Abt Associates’ portfolio of health workforce programs in the West Africa, Latin America, and Caribbean region and has authored several publications and presentations on workforce issues. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and serves as Steering Committee Chair for the Frontline Health Workers Coalition.
