Kathleen Kelly is Executive Director of Family Caregiver Alliance, a national nonprofit that provides direct caregiver services, public policy development, research and public awareness regarding unpaid family caregivers. She oversees the regional SF Bay Area Caregiver Resource Center providing direct caregiver services, CA policy collaborations and the National Center on Caregiving. Ms. Kelly is currently working on legislative budget augmentation that funds a $45M, three-year project to install, train, expand services and evaluate digital service delivery and data systems within 11 Caregiver Resource Centers under the California Department of Health Care Services.
Ms. Kelly sits on a variety of state and national advisories and has written and lectured about family caregiving, public policy, program and system development and use of consumer technology. She lives with her family in San Francisco, CA.
