Lisa Moore is the Executive Director for the UC Telehealth Collaborative and Telehealth Program Director for UC San Diego Health. As the Executive Director, Lisa is responsible for developing a UC-wide telehealth program that leverages individual UC campus expertise and best practices to allow for cross campus sharing of telehealth services. Lisa is also responsible for overseeing UC San Diego Health’s Telehealth and eConsults Programs.
Throughout her time at UC San Diego Health, Lisa has implemented telehealth services to our strategic partners, implemented MyChart Video Visits to UCSD Primary Care and Specialty departments, as well as help the organization receive URAC’s Telemedicine Accreditation.
Lisa’s prior experience includes overseeing the Portfolio Management Office and Telehealth Program at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego. Lisa has over 15 years’ experience implementing IT and Electronic Health Records systems, as well as expertise in change management and process improvement.
Lisa holds a Master of Public Health in Health Care Management from University of California Los Angeles and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
