conducting brief and up to date SDM discussions with current benefits and risks
referring for CTLS to appropriate facilities
treating tobacco use effectively with pharmacotherapy, brief counseling, and external assistance
managing screening results with Lung-RADS
partnering with specialists for whole-patient care during lung cancer treatment
Describe resources to support patients and caregivers during the process of lung cancer detection, diagnosis, and treatment
Identify opportunities for peer learning and/or technical assistance that can help strengthen a lung cancer screening program
