Lead prevention efforts rely on practical tools that can be applied effectively in real-world settings, and many of the strategies are transferable across public health and community-based work. 

Join the Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health for a Web Forum highlighting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Lead-Free Communities Toolkit. Participants will learn how the toolkit is designed to support community-based lead prevention efforts and see a real-world example of how it has been put into practice. While grounded in environmental health, this Web Forum will offer practical insights on program planning, implementation, and sustainability.
