Kiany Guider, MBA

Kiany is the Executive Director/Program Manager of Next Move Community Services. Inspired as a first-generation Mexican American, she had an early passion for human services driven by the belief that every individual deserves access to resources, education and support that empower them to thrive in a healthy environment.
With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Kiany specializes in program development and grant management. Prior to co-founding Next Move in 2019, Kiany worked as a consultant for nonprofit organizations across the country, helping dozens of organizations build programming and raise over $4 million to support health education, violence prevention, financial literacy and more.
Under her leadership over the last 7 years, Next Move has expanded its impact through innovative community-based public health education and workforce development initiatives that currently serve more than 500 community members per year. She values collaboration and integrity while fostering a workplace culture built on trust, innovation and continuous improvement. She believes meaningful change happens when organizations listen to their communities, invest in people, and work collectively towards lasting solutions.
Kiany holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in nonprofit management from National Louis University. When she is not advocating for healthy communities, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog at their home in Lansing, Illinois.
