Bill is a senior scientist and director of the National Alcohol Research Center at the Alcohol Research Group/Public Health Institute. He is a Co-Investigator of the Drink Less for Your Breasts Project. His work focuses on alcohol measurement methods, drinking patterns and trends, and mortality studies. He has also researched the impact of cannabis legalization and how alcohol taxes impact consumption.
