Project Manager, Access to Telehealth Initiative
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center


Leeza Menon is the Project Manager of the Access to Telehealth (AcT) initiative within the Immigrant Health and Cancer Disparities Center (IHCD) at Memorial Sloan Kettering. AcT focuses on addressing telehealth and technology disparities among medically underserved cancer patients. In her role, Leeza oversees the project’s daily activities, supervises a team of Community and Clinical Outreach Coordinators, works to establish strategic partnerships with local and national community and clinical organizations, and gives presentations and educational sessions on AcT both within and outside her organization. 

Leeza has a passion for health equity and healthcare policy and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at Marist College, with the ultimate goal of addressing structural disparities in access to care (including technology and telehealth access) for many of the populations that IHCD serves.

Prior to working on AcT, Leeza served as Program Coordinator for IHCD where she designed the center’s internship curriculum based on social determinants of health, managed the internship program overall, and organized the IHCD Health Equity Seminar Series.
