ODMAP (Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program)
Aliese Alter is the ODMAP (Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program) Program Manager for the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA. In her role as Program Manager, she is responsible for the overall management of ODMAP, including outreach, program development, implementation and national partnerships. Aliese is responsible for interfacing with thousands of partners representing government, law enforcement and public health nationally to support data driven efforts to reduce overdoses. Prior to joining the W/B HIDTA, Aliese served as a Detective in Richmond, VA. Aliese received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and is actively pursuing her Masters of Public Administration at George Mason University.
