Jasmine Nakagawa-Wong

Jasmine Nakagawa is a Program Manager with Cypress Resilience Project, where she develops and delivers training focused on mental health, trauma, grief, and wellbeing. Jasmine is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She also holds a Trauma-Informed Specialist Certificate. Her professional experience spans education, mental health promotion, workforce development, and community-based training.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mills College, an MBA from the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business, and an Education Specialist teaching credential. As a parent of three, Jasmine brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work helping individuals and organizations build resilience, navigate adversity, and foster wellbeing.
