Dr. Zarin Noor is a pediatrician at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland Primary Care clinic. She is the Director of International Clinic within the Primary Care clinic, which focuses on the medical care of immigrant and refugee pediatric patients. She is an Associate Program Director for the BCH Oakland Pediatric Residency Program, and she teaches medical students and residents. Dr. Noor has a US Civil Surgeon designation and provides medical exams for immigration purposes. She is a Co-Director of the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Center of Excellence for Immigrant Child Health and Wellbeing, an institutional and community hub to support interventions that contribute to equitable healthcare and healthy, resilient children regardless of immigration status. Dr. Noor also serves as the Pediatrics Co-Director of the UCSF Health and Human Rights Initiative.
