Grace Akor, MPH, CHES
Flexible Services Program Manager, Community Care Cooperative
Grace Akor is the Flexible Services Program Manager at Community Care Cooperative (C3). In her role, Grace manages clinical-community partnerships with social service organizations and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Massachusetts, to provide nutrition services to members experiencing food insecurity. Grace is experienced in cultivating relationships with Community Health Workers and Nutrition Coordinators, equipping front-line staff with the training and support needed to address member’s medical, behavioral health, and social needs.
Grace earned a Bachelors of Science and Master of Public Health from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She also received the award for the “Student of the year” by the National Commision for Health Education. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She is a resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan and enjoys travelling during her leisure time.
