Hallie Tosher is a Manager of Population Health Program Development at Cambridge Health Alliance where she focuses on developing programmatic solutions to address social drivers of health. She previously worked with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, MassHealth Office of Payment and Care Delivery Innovation where she designed and implemented healthcare workforce and delivery infrastructure initiatives to support the restructuring of MassHealth’s delivery system. Hallie is a member of the YWCA Cambridge Board of Directors. She received a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from American University.
