Peggie Liddell, Ph.D School Administration; Ed.S School Administration, MA. Elementary Education, BA. Sociology, received her Ph.D from Mississippi State University in 2014. She is a retired public school federal program director, high school assistant principal, and classroom teacher. She formerly was founder and executive director of United Management Systems, a low-income housing development nonprofit. Presently, she is the program evaluator for Noxubee County Activity League, a lead poisoning prevention program in Mississippi. In her current role, she oversees program effectiveness and implementation planning and provides informational training related to blood-lead screening and treatment, blood-lead data collection, as well as implementation information related to lead remediation controls and abatement. re
