Salvador started working for the Northwest Center as a community health worker during the Covid pandemic back in 2021. Salvador helped facilitate vaccinations for over 10,000 people in the Belmont Cragin community. Throughout the years, Salvador is now certified as lead assessor and lead inspector and now facilitates all Northwest Center’s lead workshops and lead focused home visits.
