Tycoma Miller, MPH, CHES

Tycoma N. Miller, MPH, CHES is a public health professional and community program designer dedicated to improving health and social outcomes in underserved communities. She serves as Director of Outreach for the West Anniston Foundation in Anniston, Alabama, where she leads community engagement initiatives focused on housing conditions, health education, and the social determinants of health.

Miller has more than 14 years of experience working in community development and public health outreach. Her work integrates public health, social services, housing, and community-based research to address complex challenges that affect families and neighborhoods.

She earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Alabama A&M University and later completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Purdue University Global. Miller is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), reflecting her expertise in health education, program planning, and community-based health promotion.

Throughout her career, Miller has led and supported initiatives addressing healthy housing, lead poisoning prevention, workforce development, and community wellness. She has coordinated community outreach programs, workforce training initiatives, and collaborative partnerships aimed at improving health outcomes and expanding economic opportunities for residents.
