Alejandra Elizondo

Alejandra Elizondo is a Community Health Worker who has been part of the Northwest Center workforce since September 2021. She began her work as part of the Rapid Response team during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on vaccination efforts in the Belmont Cragin community.
In her role, Alejandra has earned several certifications to support her work in education and lead prevention, including Lead Inspector, Lead Risk Assessor, and Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP).
After spending 12 years as a housewife, returning to the workforce was a significant challenge in her life. With a strong passion and motivation to connect with people, she has found the experience rewarding—especially during a time when so many communities were feeling vulnerable.
