In her role she oversees Metro United Way’s early childhood and youth success work including serving as the backbone for Louisville’s early childhood collective impact coalition. Prior to working at MUW Ashley received her MBA from the University of Louisville after working for over eight years as an early childhood educator in Washington, DC.
